The OVCDC Porterville Site is located at 191 W. Poplar Avenue. The Site provides services to Native American families residing in Porterville and the surrounding communities of Ducor, Lindsay, Springville, Strathmore and Richgrove. Being located near the Tule River Reservation, the Site provides services to a large number of Tule River Yokut tribal members and their descendants as well as members of the Choctaw, Cherokee, Western Shoshone and Gila River Pima to name a few.
Programs offered at the Porterville Site include:

- Language– The Tulare County Language Program provides various Language services to Porterville, Tule River and Visalia.
