The Owens Valley Career Development Center (OVCDC) is accepting sealed bids for a Surplus
Vehicle Sale. The following vehicles are available, mileage listed is as of March 11, 2025.

Bids must be submitted to the Owens Valley Career Development Center at the address below in a sealed envelope plainly marked as follows:

All bids must be received no later than May 16, 2025 at 5:00 pm and must include Bidder’s Name, Address, Phone Number, Year/Make/Model/Vehicle Number and bid amount. Actual bid opening will be at the Owens Valley Career Development Center at 2574 Diaz Lane in Bishop, CA 93514 on May 19, 2025 at 10:00 am. No late bids, faxed, e-mailed or telephone bids will be accepted. In the event of a tie in bidding, a lottery will be used to resolve the tie. All vehicles are being sold AS IS and will not be certified for smog prior to purchase. The Owens Valley Career Development Center will not provide any type of warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, on any of these vehicles.

Upon award of bid, payment and removal of vehicle from the Owens Valley Career Development Center premises at 2574 Diaz Lane, Bishop CA or 191 W. Poplar Avenue, Porterville, CA 93257 must be completed within seven (7) business days of award (at the bidder’s expense) or the next successful bidder will be awarded purchase. Payment must be made in cash, money order, or bank certified check made payable to the Owens Valley Career Development Center. Once payment is made, the sale is final and no refunds or returns will be allowed. Successful bidders will be notified.
