The OVCDC Bakersfield Site provides an array of social and educational services to Native American families.

The Site serves the metropolitan Bakersfield area including the outlying communities of Arvin, Delano, Frazier Park, Lamont, Shafter, Tehachapi and Wasco. In addition to cash aid and prevention services, we also offer Language classes,
Early Childhood Education and Adult Literacy programs.
